1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8jlcom website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 8jlcom Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 8jlcom Platform. 8jlcom reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 8jlcom, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 8jlcom Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 8jlcom reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and upon reasonable suspicion of policy violations. Failure to pass identity verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8jlcom account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 8jlcom immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8jlcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 8jlcom of a security breach prior to such activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 8jlcom Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8jlcom supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds.
• 8jlcom reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may be adjusted from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. 8jlcom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8jlcom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• 8jlcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jlcom Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8jlcom staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8jlcom Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 8jlcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8jlcom Platform without the prior written consent of 8jlcom.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8jlcom, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

8jlcom does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8jlcom's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 8jlcom account at the time the claim arises.

9. Responsible Gaming

8jlcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

• At your own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11. Amendments to These Terms

8jlcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8jlcom will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between you and 8jlcom that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 8jlcom's support team and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. This requirement does not affect any right you may have to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
